    We're headed to London! Boisdale at Canary Wharf to be exact from September 25 to October 1. Dickie Brennan and members of his culinary and front-of-house team will bring New Orleans cooking and hospitality to London.

King Cake Season!

This is only one of the ways that Dickie Brennan & Co. pays homage to the rich history of the King Cake. Every year, around the middle of December, our pastry chefs start brain-storming ideas on variations of King Cakes that are fun and creative, but maintain the flavors that we all conjure when we think of the season. After a bunch of ideas are thrown in the pot, the recipe and taste testing commences. This year's offering is a King Cake Gateau!
